Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

sblock implemented an out of the box ERP system for calibamboo.com at the direction of Michelle Chan, Procurement Manager.  We implemented their ERP management plan and  trained staff member on the usage of the ERP systems.

Inventory Management

sblock purchased and executed the installation of an out of the box inventory management system.   This system also including training requirements for Cali Bamboo staff which was also done by members of sblock.

Customer Service Management

Cali Bamboo had a customer service department that just answered phones.  sblock installed and configured Pre-packaged software to suit Cali Bamboo’s customer service management needs.  sblock trained Cali Bamboo’s staff on modern day customer service practices and the software.
